Refund policy
1. In Store Returns:
1a. Damaged or Faulty Goods: You are entitled to return goods that are damaged or faulty within 30 days of purchasing the item. If you notice your item is damaged please contact us as soon as possible as it will make the process of returning & refunding the item much quicker.
1b. Un-wanted goods or you've changed your mind: Unfortunately, we will be unable to offer refunds on any un-wanted goods regardless of their condition. Due to the nature of storing fireworks, being able to provide a refund or exchange for one is more difficult as from the moment the firework leaves our store they are no longer being stored within our guidelines we have in order to meet fireworks storage regulations. As fireworks are a dangerous good, we have very strict storage protocols and there are many external factors that can effect the safety of a firework (for example, damp conditions). All this means is that we will be unable to offer refunds for unwanted goods.
2. Purchases Made Online:
2a. Damaged or Faulty Goods: You are entitled to return goods that are damaged or faulty within 30 days of purchasing the item. If you notice your item is damaged please contact us as soon as possible as it will make the process of returning & refunding the item much quicker.
We may also require photos of the damaged goods so please take as many photos of the damaged item as you can as this will help you provide evidence of the damaged item.
2b. Un-wanted goods or you've changed your mind: When purchasing online you have 14 days to cancel your order. You do not need to give a reason for canceling your order and you will be entitled to a refund once we have received and inspected the goods.
Goods must return to us in the exact condition they have been received (please note that when returning fireworks there are certain storage criteria that must be met in order for us to accept your return. Please see our at home storage advice here). Please note we cannot provide a refund unwanted items if the product has been used or the orignial packaging has been broken.
If you would like to make a return you must cover the cost of carriage when returning an item as we will have to arrange for a specialist courier collection. Please note that fireworks cannot be sent by traditional couriers due to their hazardous contents. There is a flat rate fee of £20 to collect your item which we will deduct from the overall refund once we receive the item. You will not be charged this fee if you return your goods to us directly in store.
Exceptions of Refunds of Purchases Made Online:
- Any goods and services worth £42 or less.

To start a return, you can contact us at elitefireworksuk@gmail.com / 07985 721 644. If your return is accepted, we’ll contact you with instructions on how we will be returning the item. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Product Availability:
Our stock levels fluctuate throughout the firework season. Due to the nature of our business, we have a manually check stock. In the event that you are able to purchase an item which is out of stock, we will endevour to contact you and try to find you a suitable alternative for your purchase (This will always be something either of equal or of more value)
Failed Delivery attempts:
In the unlikely event a delivery fails due to no one being present at the premises or are not old enough to receive the delivery, our courier will leave a card or we will get in contact with you to arrange re-delivery. Please be aware there is a fee of £15 for re-delivery so please try to ensure that someone is able to receive fireworks. We reserve the right to charge the re-delivery fee.
