How do I store Fireworks at home?

Store fireworks in a cool, dry place, away from heat, flames and anything that could ignite them.

Keep them in their original packaging, in a secure location away from children and pets. Always follow the safety instructions on the packaging.

Can I collect at a later date?

Yes, you can collect your fireworks at a later date.

If you need to arrange a different collection day, please contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

Can I return a firework?

Unfortunately, due to the nature of fireworks and how they are regulated in storage, we are unable to accept returns on fireworks once they leave our storage.

We follow strict regulation and guidance as well as under go regular inspection to ensure that our fireworks are stored correctly. Once a firework leaves the safety of our store, we are unable to control how it is stored and therefore unable to re-sell it to another customer.
